Darkstarr was established in 1978. We are small private breeders. Our main goal is to have fun with our dogs. We are in our tenth generation of selective breeding. Our systematic approach to breeding insures that we optimize type, character and structure in our dogs. Our philosophy is that all aspects of the breed are relevant and need to be addressed in breeding.
Jeneck’s Rottweilers was established in the early 1970’s. We pride ourselves in breeding the best rottweiler bloodlines from Germany. What makes us different from most rottweiler kennels in the U.S. is that we’ve taken these rottweilers and consistently produced rottweilers than can compete successfully in both schutzhund and conformation anywhere in the world. When one of our rottweiler stud dogs or rottweiler brood bitches is retired, we do not need to keep going to Europe to replace them because we’ve bred our own dogs that are as good, or better, than those that are retiring. Actually, the Europeans are using our stud dogs and buying rottweiler puppies from us to improve their lines. We are the only rottweiler kennel that has four living National Sieger winners. One that has won this title twice. Three which also have won National Schutzhund Championships. We have owned or bred 10 National Siegers and Siegerin title holders and four National Schutzhund Champions. Our sires have also produced many Champions, Siegers, Siegerins, Schutzhund title holders, and National winners for other rottweiler breeders.

Linda and Kim Wright have been breeding, showing and training rottweilers since 1989. We have produced many champion and obedience titled rottweilers. The most notable contributions to the breed include our own beloved “Walker” and Champion Wright’s Not Your Average Joe. “Joey”, owned by Leslie Candela, was shown by Linda Wright to Winner’s Dog and Best of Winner’s from the Bred-by-Exhibitor class at 18 months of age at the Colonial Rottweiler Club specialty, beating over 200 other rottweilers. Linda has won many Bred-by-Exhibitor classes at various national rottweiler specialties over the years. (You must be the breeder, owner and handler to enter this class.)
I saw my first Rottweiler in April, 1978 at the Chicago International Show. I started showing dogs in 1974 (Doberman Pinscher and Black and Tan Coonhounds), but I was mesmerized by the dog I saw in the Working Group in Chicago. (Ch Rodsden’s Bruin Von Hungerbuhl CDX). Breeders were few and far between at the time, but I was able to get my first Rottweiler puppy in June of 1979, and I named him Berte. (Ch Rodsden’s Berte V Zederwald CDX)
The name of “Algutshof Kennels” will continue to be used in memory of Linda’s late husband, Michael Allgood. Michael had a vast knowledge of training, showing and breeding dogs and will be remembered by his family and friends with love and respect for a man who brought a lot to the canine community.
My name is Richard Klug. I’m a Rottweiler Breeder located in Northern California in the small town of Gridley (one hour North of Sacramento, CA). I guess it’s inaccurate to say that I’m a breeder in some respects. I don’t raise rottweilers to sell rottweilers. I breed a small number of Rottweilers from the finest American, German and European bloodlines and then hand raise the puppies to make sure that these dogs are the best in the world.
We are Richard and Sue Shuler. We have been breeders and showing our Rottweilers for twenty five years. We are members of The United States Rottweiler Club, The Alliance of Independent Rottweiler Clubs and The Mid Atlantic Rottweiler Klub and we show in German Style Shows. We also do Schutzhund and Pet Therapy with our dogs. Our breedings are based on Temperment, Conformation and Working. We are in Kings Mountain NC and we invite you to come see us and our dogs.
Our Rottweiler kennel is located in central Tennessee, a small town called Whites Creek, near Nashville, Tennessee. Our home and Rottweiler kennels are on 3 acres of land, surrounded by woods. Located on the back of our property, we have a lake. The air in the summer flows up the valley into our kennels, giving our Rottweilers a breeze to keep them cool.
We do not breed any of our Rottweilers until they are full grown at the age of 2 years old. We give fully grown and trained Rottweilers to friends and family while we maintain all rights and papers. This ensures that all Rottweilers
receive proper veterinary care and that all dogs are up to date on shots.s.
My name is Chad Wollman. I started to show dogs when I was 6 years old. My parents used to show Royal Standard poodles, German Shepherds and Dobermans. My Interest in the Rottweiler breed began when I was 7 years old. I used to go to my cousins vet practice and I saw a lot of the police dogs that were under his care.
We are a Code of Ethics small Rottweiler breeder located in Northern Alabama an hour north of Birmingham, and an hour southeast of Huntsville.
We have selectively chosen our dogs from World Class European/German Rottweiler bloodlines.
Breeding to better the breed and provide Rottweilers with correct conformation, huge Rottweiler heads, bone and temperaments capable of SHOWING, WORKING, and amazing COMPANIONS!
My husband, Bruce, and I have been married since 2003. We lived in the suburbs until we were married. We had decided that when we bought a house, we would move someplace out into the country. That way I could have my horses on our property and not have to board them. We now even have a few miniature donkeys and a rescued mini mule.
